Console computers will ship your product within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment for product purchased. Items will only be shipped to the address show on the paypal order form
Any returned items will be returned at the buyers cost. Items returned must be packaged in accordance with the product manufacturers packaging recommendations please visit manufacturers website for appropriate packaging. Any item received by us not in suitable packaging will be returned to the purchaser without inspection or refund. A return item cannot be accepted without console computers authorising the return first. Please use the contact us button to arrange any such returns
Items returned inspected and found to be faulty will be shipped at the earliest opportunity.

any customer wanting to return a product where it does not meet the specification that they need
but was correctly described at point of purchase may return the item with authorisation from console computers
with 14 days but the customer will be responsible for all postage costs.
